Current users retain their existing land wholesaling training access. The monthly course discount requires a qualifying paid purchase. Payment, enrollment activation, and any membership billing adjustment are confirmed separately.
Tax Deed Dashboard access requires active course enrollment. Directory references are research starting points; verify current inventory, auction dates, and purchase requirements with the source. Student screening is separate from DD360 and does not replace property-specific due diligence.

Does LandConnect tell me what a property is worth?+
LandConnect organizes valuation evidence and estimates to support research. Estimates are not appraisals, and material facts should be independently verified.
What is DD360?+
DD360 is an optional, separately priced, AI-assisted property research service that organizes available property, map, market, comparable-sale, valuation, and risk information into a structured report.
Can PRG help with funding and selling the deal?+
PRG provides access to transactional funding partners and business relationships with disposition partners to support the path from acquisition to resale. Funding is subject to partner approval, eligibility, fees, and terms. Partner availability varies; a buyer or sale is not guaranteed. PRG may receive referral compensation.
Does joining guarantee that I will make money?+
